Mr. Muahmmad Wisal Fakhar Sultan Raja RPO Rawalpindi presided over a meeting concerning to local bodies elections on the 10.11.2015 in DPO office Attock.The DPO Attock briefed him about the security measures to be adopted in local bodies elections.The RPO Rawalpindi addressed the participants and directed for enforcement of election code of conduct for peaceful observance local bodies elections.The prohibition on display of fire arms and ariel firing should be strictly enforced.No Candidate will be allowed to retain private guard he said.The shops of arms and ammunition dealers will remain closed on the poling day and action should be taken against the violators of election code of conduct.Prior to conduct of elections all the poling station should be searched out as the Police is committed for impartial, free and fair elections.No rally will be brought out by the elected candidate.The Police is responsible for provision of security to voters and election staff.
