The DPO Attock Convened a meeting in connection with local bodies elections in his office on 14-11-2015.The DPO Attock directed to tighten the security measure for peaceful observance of elections display and retention of fire arms will be strictly prohibited and no candidate as well as his security guard will be allowed to keep the fire arms ariel firing and bringing out rallies will also not allowed.The DPO Attock directed that surety bond will be got executed from all the candidates regarding elections.He directed the search operation will be carried out prior to conduct of elections for recovery of illicit arms and it will be ensured that during polling and after result no firing undertaken.The DPO Attock directed all the officers/officials that in order to avoid bitternes in election atmosphere they should display impartiality at any cost and partiality of any sort will not tolerated.He directed that in case any officer/official found in partiality will proceeded against steruly.In the end the DPO Attock directed that election staff should be given due co-operation to ensure peaceful observances of elections.
